2022. Roy was born July 18, 1939.
Roy was a retired Captain of the Florida Highway Patrol passed away after a brief illness. Roy served with distinction for 30 years with FHP. He was a friend of Burt Reynolds, who put Roy in one of his movies. May he rest in peace and may God rest his soul.
